The Broster family have been farming since 1934 and at Diggle Green farm Since 1977.

Due to its location Diggle Green is the main satellite farm that we work from, along with our two further yards at Wigan and Irlam.

We use high tech machinery to ensure accuracy, efficiency and eco friendliness of our farming techniques. These machines are regularly maintained by our qualified staff and preferred local contractors.

Our machines are exchanged regularly to ensure they are as eco friendly as possible.

We are continuously looking to increase the land bank we farm for both animal feed and corn. Our aim is to keep land for farming, farming techniques and not for development.

Where possible we try and use as fewer chemicals on the land, opting for natural, organic fertilisers such as compost or manure (cattle, pig, chicken muck or similar).
